What we look for
You do not always need years of experience; you need patience, compassion, reliability and a genuine desire to make someone's day better. Where a role requires specific qualifications, clinical competencies or an enhanced DBS check, we will be clear about that in the job listing, and we will support you through training where needed.
Our recruitment process

- Step 2: Telephone or video screening call.
- Step 3: Face-to-face or video interview.
- Step 4: Reference checks, right-to-work checks and enhanced DBS check.
- Step 5: Induction, mandatory training, and shadowing shifts before you work independently.
Training and development
All staff complete our induction training programme covering safeguarding, moving and handling, medication awareness, infection control, and role-specific modules before starting work. We also offer ongoing training and support for staff who want to progress into senior or specialist roles.
